Here is a basic materials list. You will need other materials too like brushes, tape etc... Cost for materials I estimate to be around €1500 - €2000.

All the hull panels come out of 1.5 sheets of foam (1.15m by 3.6m) The deck comes out of one half sheet of foam (55cm by 2.4m). I used slightly highter spec foam on the deck to reduce denting a bit.
